Feature
This product is designed to react accurately onto control signal through Control Valve that controls temperature, pressure and flow. This is composed in multi spring type. In addition, this makes it possible to control such temperature, pressure and flow in wide range by using Positioner, an accessory.
Actuator
Actuator composed in multi spring type is designed to react accurately onto control signal value and to change air pressure at the user's request.
Diaphragm
Diaphragm is made of special rubber, so that it cannot be deformed by impact and heat. Its surface is coated with nylon, so that it cannot be broken by any inner/outer physical impact.
Spring
Spring made of piano wire has been shot-peened to get its lifetime prolonged. It is plated with zinc and chromate for anti-corrosion, so that it can be used permanently.
Trim
The inner Trim part is inverse-shaped so that it can be self-sealed. Plug and Seat that are metal seats are coated with stellite to get their hardness improved.
Body Ass'y
Body is designed in cap type to get itself easily disassembled and assembled. It can be, therefore, repaired easily.
