Feature
This is a piping junction joint that can move up/downward in 20° and rotate in 360°. This can be installed in narrow space to make efficient piping and simplify any complicated piping spec, which means that is economical.
Ball Joint
The face contacting Seal Ring is plated with soft chrome and lapped to minimize friction resistance and assure perfect sealing.
Seal Ring
This is made of the material containing carbon graphite in order to minimize its wear-rate from frequent operation and prolong its lifetime. In addition, Ring is inserted to supplement its material based weakness that it shrinks after cooling in order to assure perfect sealing.
Spring
This is made of stainless steel that is anti-corrosive and shot-peened to minimize the transformation rate after assembling and operating. Its lifetime is, therefore, prolonged.
- This can be made in fixed type with Spacer Ring inserted so that it can rotate in 360° only.
- If you select stainless steel for the product material, you can use the product semi-permanently as it is prevented from being corroded.
