Feature
This is an On/Off valve that controls the flow and direction of liquid by Cylinder's inner air pressure based up/downward piston movement.
Cylinder
The inner part of cylinder has been entirely grinded and plated with soft chrome, so that anti-corrosion effect and hardness have been enhanced highly enough to protect O-Ring.
Spring
Shot-peening has been done to prolong the lifetime of this valve, which has been plated with zinc followed by black chromate to resist corrosion. Therefore, it can be used semi-permanently.
Rod
Piston Rod moving up/downward contacting O-Ring is lapped after plated with soft chrome for perfect sealing. Wear-rate of O-Ring has been minimized.
Body
This is made mainly of bronze that is anti-corrosive against the mainly used liquid. This can be controlled to have the liquid flow toward Vent while working.
- This has 2 types: single acting type product that operates automatically by using the weight pressure of the spring and double type product that injects air through 2 pilots for accurate controlling.
