Feature
This is a regulating valve that controls pressure accurately and stably by operating the operation part with little air pressure to control the 2nd side pressure and forming decompression proportion through Return Line connected to the 2nd side. Diaphragm built on the operation part reacts faster than the other bellows-type ones without any leakage, so that it works smoothly with long lifetime.
Body
This is made of stainless steel that is anti-corrosive, so that it can be used semi-permanently. This is designed to be self-sealed with Disc, so that it does not leak.
Disc
Disc contains carbon graphite for good hardness and longer lifetime than the other PTFE materials based discs, so that it can be used at high temperature assuring perfect confidentiality.
Diaphragm
Diaphragm is made of PTFE for perfect sealing unlike the other bellows type ones and stainless steel based ones. Even if it is constantly operated and used at high temperature, it shows excellent performance with long lifetime. In addition, this is designed to be easily replaced in case there are some problems of inserted alien substances and etc.
Spring
This is made of good anti-corrosive stainless steel and shot-peened for longer lifetime, and this is designed to control low pressure as well.
Cover & Bottom Cover
This is designed to be easily disassembled and assembled, so that it can be maintained without itself detached from the piping.
- The operation part has large volume making it possible to control also high pressure and decompress in big rate.
