Feature
Piston Valve works with little air pressure. So, it is used as On/Off valve that controls the flow and direction of liquid by up/downward piston movement inside the cylinder, which is operation part. The trim part is made of PTFE (Teflon) soft seal, so that it can be perfectly sealed.
Cylinder
The inner part of cylinder has been entirely grinded and plated with chrome, so that anti-corrosion effect and hardness have been enhanced highly enough to protect Piston Ring.
Piston Ass'y
This valve is designed to be easily disassembled and assembled, so that you can replace Piston Ring conveniently.
Spring
Shot peening has been done to prolong the lifetime of this valve, which has been plated with zinc followed by chromate to resist corrosion. Therefore, it can be used semi-permanently.
Tension Ass'y
Tension Ass'y designed for minimizing the impact occurring while the product working protects Disc Ring composed of Soft Seal on Trim part from being impacted and maximizes the lifetime of Disc Ring.
Gland Nut
Gland Nut made of stainless steel helps disassembling Body Ass'y. In addition, it is anti-corrosive, so that it can keep itself at the best condition
Stem
Stem moving up/downward inside Packing has been grinded for perfect sealing, so that its spec can be kept accurately. Lapping has been done to minimize the friction occurring while the product working, so that its surface roughness has been maximized. In addition, soft chrome plating has been done to protect Stem from being impacted by inflow of high-pressure liquid, so that its surface roughness has been enhanced again.
Packing Spring
Packing Spring that prevents Packing from shrinking is made of stainless steel. Short-Pinning has been done to prolong the lifetime of the spring.
Lower Seat Flange
This product is made of stainless steel and keeps its current status from the friction with rapidly flowing liquid, so that it can be used permanently. In addition, it is anti-corrosive enabling you to disassemble and assemble it conveniently.
Body
"S"-shaped inner part of Body is designed to get minimally rubbed by liquid in order to reduce the vibration and impact inside Valve. Port of Inlet part has been redesigned to be used for various usages.
Painting
In order to resist corrosion, this product has been plated again after initially plated.
